1. Service provider
WEST STAR LLC provides and arranges the cleaning services described on this website. Cleanoria provides website and customer-management technology. Using a Cleanoria subdomain does not make Cleanoria the provider of your cleaning service.
2. Quotes and booking requests
Submitting a form is a request for contact or a quote. It does not reserve a time or confirm an appointment. Availability, service area, scope, price and any additional conditions must be confirmed with our team before service is booked. Please provide accurate contact and service information.
3. Service arrangements
Tell our team about access, pets, special surfaces, requested tasks and any relevant conditions before the visit. Any agreed payment, cancellation or rescheduling terms will be provided when your service is confirmed. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change or you have a concern about a service.
4. Service SMS/MMS program
Program name: WEST STAR LLC Customer Messages. If you choose to opt in, WEST STAR LLC may send SMS/MMS related to your cleaning request and services, including appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, reminders, cleaning instructions and customer support. If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, WEST STAR LLC may also send occasional cleaning offers and service promotions by SMS/MMS. Marketing consent is separate from service-message consent and is optional.
SMS/MMS consent is optional and is not required to request or purchase cleaning services. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider for plan details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation of your opt-out. You will receive no further SMS/MMS from this program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through our request form or contact us for assistance.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages for emergencies.
You must be 18 or older and authorized to use the telephone number you provide. Let us know if you change or give up that number.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and text-message consent. Mobile information and SMS/MMS opt-in records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false requests, harmful content or information you are not authorized to share. Website content is general service information; the details of your cleaning will be confirmed directly with you.
7. Changes and contact
